Migraine. What is it and how to fight it
One of the most important features of the present stage of human development is a creative rethinking of traditional holistic knowledge. On the wave of interest in the primary sources of knowledge of Ayurveda is experiencing rapid renaissance. It has a reasonable explanation. There is a lot of evidence that it is the spread of Ayurveda was the beginning of many currently existing national medical schools.
Ayurveda has given impetus to the development of Chinese acupuncture, after the Chinese language has been translated Ayurvedic treatise "Soma-Raj." And at the heart of the canonical text of Tibetan medicine "Chzhud-Shi" is the translation of Ayurvedic treatise "Ashtanga Hridaya Samhita." Received new impetus in Tibet, Ayurvedic ideas spread in Mongolia and penetrated to Japan. Under the influence of Ayurveda formed Persian and Greek medical systems.
Slavs Medicine also dates back to the Ayurveda. Moreover, the Old Slavonic language spoken by our mages and Sanskrit have common roots. That is, in this case it is a question not only of belonging to a single medical system, but also on the general cultural and philosophical heritage.
In the development of computer pulse diagnosis "VedaPuls"Authors of the program focused largely on Vedic sources. Charts "Physiological trends in the regulation of body functions" and "Meridian" - the result of a creative rethinking of Ayurvedic ideas.
But before we move on to the story on using the tabs in the "VedaPulse"Briefly acquainted with the fundamentals of the Ayurvedic system.
Create a space
Ayurvedic system of the universe, based on traditional philosophical schools of the Vedas, said the existence of the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and ether. These elements represent the five states of matter: solid, liquid, radiant, gaseous and ethereal.
Ayurveda teaches that, in addition to these five elements, there is another element that gives and sustains life, which should be seen as energy - prana. (In Chinese tradition, Prana corresponds to the energy of chi.) The first interaction with the prana comes ether. Connection prana and ether gives rise to air (movement). Friction between matter and the wind gives birth to fire. Fire melts the matter and generates water (liquid state of matter). Connection of water and land forms of matter.
By the way, the following elements are accepted in TCM: wood, fire, earth, metal, water (Chinese tree corresponds to Ayurvedic ether, and Chinese metal - to Ayurvedic wind). And according to Aristotle's theory, later picked up by the medieval alchemists, there were four primary elements: fire, air, water, earth-plus the "fifth element" ether. In this case, the ether of alchemists, if we draw parallels, resembles the ether + prana of the Ayurvedic system or the tree + CI in Chinese medicine. And in modern physics it is customary to distinguish the following aggregate states of matter: liquid, solid, gaseous and plasma.
The creation of man
Man consists of the same elements as the entire world. The process of the creation of man begins with intercourse. This pranic energy belongs to the man, and the ether - a woman.
Creation of the three doshas
Connection prana and ether creates a new form of energy, or dosha, air containing an element that is responsible for movement. This first dosha called VATA. Its the easiest way to bring balance, and most diseases is a consequence of the output from the balance of the doshas. Vata is associated with the process of catabolism (the set of substances splitting processes and extracting energy from a chemical bond).
The following two elements fire and water, combining with prana, form the second dosha called PITTA. Pitt is also associated with catabolism.
Water and land together when combined with prana are the third - last - dosha responsible for anabolism (synthesis of complex molecular systems and energy absorption in the process of creating chemical bonds). It's called KAPHA. The essence of the concept of the doshas is multifaceted and goes beyond purely metabolic processes. But in this article we shall restrict metabolism.
During the human life cycle change occurs, associated with the activity of the different doshas. In the first half of life (1-14 years) dominated by kapha, in the middle (15-45 years) - Pitta, and in old age (after 45 years) - wool. The interaction of three factors: the type of the original constitution (Prakriti), aging processes and a way of life - determines the state of the doshas in each period of life and forms the acquired type of the constitution, which is called vikriti.
Internal human organs
According to Ayurveda, all the major organs of man are divided into two groups - solid and hollow.
Solid include:
- a heart;
- lungs;
- liver;
- spleen;
- kidney;
- pericardium.
It includes a hollow:
- stomach;
- colon;
- small intestine;
- gall bladder;
- bladder;
- triple heater.
The pericardium and triple heater is not a physiological organs. They should be regarded as a system of physiological regulation. The pericardium is associated with the systems of regulation of the cardiovascular system as a whole, and the triple heater - with systems regulating the endocrine glands.
A similar system of main organs is followed by TCM. But there is a very important nuance, on which I want to stop separately. Texts targeting Chinese sources indicate that the body (body) is divided into three parts: the upper, the central and the lower, - and all together they belong to the triple heater. But the logic of this division into three parts becomes understandable only from the positions of Ayurveda, proceeding from the concept of the three doshas. The site of the main localization of Kapha is the upper part of the body - the head, lungs, stomach. The location of the localization of the pitta is the central part of the body - the small intestine, and the lower part of the body is headed by cotton wool. The main place of dislocation is the large intestine. All parts together are a triple heater.
We can assume that, having borrowed this organ from the Ayurvedic system, the Chinese rejected the doctrine of doshas. Instead, they focused on the separation of male and female principles (yin and yang). In Ayurveda, the division into male and female takes place in doshas. Pitta is considered as a man's energy, and kapha is considered a female energy. And wool is neutral in this capacity. It is more than the other doshas that contain pranic energy that is not yet divided into masculine and feminine. The division into male and female energy occurs in pitta and kapha. The imbalance of male and female energy leads to illness and is treated with the opposite. For example, the dryness of the skin (caused by the wind blowing the cotton wool of the pitta) is treated by its moisturizing (increased kapha). There are also some differences in the compliance of organs and elements. In particular, according to TCM, the pericardium and triple heater belong to fire, and in Ayurveda to water. And if the Chinese bladder and kidneys are water, which seems to be obvious at first glance, then in Ayurveda this issue is considered somewhat more difficult. Both organs are referred to cotton wool, as they are responsible not only for the retention of fluid in the body, but also for the liberation of the body from liquids (drying).
Channels bioenergy
For the transformation and movement of energy for the human body are special channels. Ayurveda classifies the channels to move bodily fluids (arteries and lymphatic ducts) and channels for the movement of prana. Channels to move prana called Nadi. There is a wide variety of channels 350000. Of which are the main 108. There is a connection between the 108 12 Ayurvedic channels and channels accepted in the TCM. In addition, each of the doshas associated with their 4 authorities - with two firm and two hollow.

This scheme can be represented as a dial biorhythms, where the activity of the doshas and relevant bodies painted on the clock.
Each of the doshas is activated twice a day. For example, cotton is active up to 3 7 and 15 19 hours before (highlighted in yellow). The first two hours (up to 3 5) is active channel of light, and with up to 5 7 - colon. If a person has any illness that usually the disease can worsen in the hours when she is active dosha and the channel imbalance that led to the disease.
Each of the doshas has two primary body that are associated with each other. They are activated to 3 15 hours:
Vata (lung and colon)
Kapha (stomach and spleen)
Pitt (the heart and the small intestine)
A secondary organs are activated to 15 3 hours:
Vata (bladder and kidneys)
Kapha (the pericardium and triple heater)
Pitt (gall bladder and liver)
Wheels of energy (energy circulation Ayurvedic scheme)
There is a definite pattern in the creation of the elements and the doshas, respectively. Occurring cyclic processes can be described as:
CREATION
SUPPORT
CONTAINMENT
DESTRUCTION
They are better represented as corresponding circuits.
1. Creation
This scheme describes the process of transformation of the prana from clean energy to the densest matter.
2. Support
Wheel support describes the process of successive power elements. So pranic energy is transferred from one element to another and takes the power bodies. The structure corresponds to the wheel of creation, in which the wool results in support of pitta and pitta - kapha.
3. Restraint
Each element is associated with doshas and bodies and, therefore, constrained and balanced by other elements.
1.Efir restrains earth.
2. Earth restrains water.
3. Water restrains fire.
4. Fire restrains air.
5. Air restrains air.
4. Destruction
This scheme shows the process of destruction. Dysfunction first appears on a subtle level - wool - and finally reaches the last level of kapha, where the process ends with the destruction of the earth. And all will turn to dust ...
Then begins the expansion of the earth to the water, water to the fire, and fire to air, air to air and eventually released transcendental essence of everything.
Features six solid organs
Heart
Physiologically, the heart is a muscle, acting as a pump responsible for the movement of blood. But this does not exhaust its function. According to Vedic sources of prana it is located, and controls the processes of higher nervous activity. The heart is connected with kapha because it consists mainly of muscle tissue (ground), but it is associated with energy Pitt and the element of fire through contact with blood. The heart begins one of the pranic channels - channel heart.
Lungs
The physiological function of the lung - gas exchange (enriching the blood with oxygen and release of carbon dioxide from it). But also easy to control the movement of water and prana in the body. Ball prana oxygen trapped blood and then is carried by the bloodstream throughout the body. Lungs are responsible for healthy skin and hair, as is the body of wool and associated with the element of wind.
Liver
It is, above all, a major digestive glands, produces bile, which is the excretory duct enters the duodenum. Performs barrier function, cleaning the blood from toksichesih products. It also monitors the smooth movement of prana, and blood and is responsible for the health of tendons (due to their relationship with Pitt). Furthermore, it "learns" the five elements of food and translates them into a form that can be utilized by the body. The liver is the body Pitta (Pitta word translated "gall").
Spleen
The physiological function of the spleen is largely still not understood, but we know that it is largely responsible for the immune system, by participating in blood filtration of foreign antigens. Since the spleen associated with blood, accordingly it is connected with Pitta. But while the spleen is a connection with the earth element and kapha. This relationship characterizes such indication, the growth - the spleen is actively involved in hematopoiesis and produces hormones that stimulate the growth and development of white blood cells. And as we have stated previously, it is kapha related to the processes of growth and accumulation.
Kidneys
Paired organ. The main physiological function of the kidneys is the excretion of water and the final waste products in the form of urine. They control the water-salt metabolism and are associated with the process of hematopoiesis in bone marrow. In addition, the energy of this channel is associated with reproductive organs. Kidney associated with wool, they have a drying effect on body fluids, but they are connected with kapha when retain water in the body.
Pericardium
The pericardium is not, strictly speaking, a physiological organ, but in Ayurveda it is considered as a solid body. Channel pericardium reflects overall regulatory effect on the cardiovascular system, controlling the process of anabolism. Therefore, it belongs to the kapha.
Features six hollow organs
Stomach
The main function of the stomach is the softening of the food using gastric juice, which is then passed into the duodenum. The stomach is working with the spleen, which continues to perform the functions of assimilation and absorption. Stomach (as spleen, stomach which is closely related) affects muscle. The growth of the body is controlled by kapha dosha anabolic.
Colon
Vata dosha is located in the large intestine. The large intestine absorbs moisture from digested food, and it also has an extremely important function in absorbing prana from food and transferring it to the body. It produces some vitamins in the intestinal flora, forms feces and removes them using peristalsis (wave-like contraction of the intestinal walls). The large intestine is associated with cotton wool and wind, and therefore the lungs. In addition, it affects the skin and hair.
Small intestine
The small intestine absorbs 90% of all nutrients. The small intestine is an organ of fire and is associated with the heart; In addition, she is responsible for the health of blood vessels. The small intestine is also located Agni, the digestive fire.
Gallbladder
The gallbladder stores bile produced by the liver that is used in the digestive process. Gallbladder channel associated with the channel of the liver and, in addition, responsible for the health tendons. Communication with the liver determines the gallbladder due to the element of ether and Pitt.
Urinary bladder
Channel bladder, despite its name, is not bound by the same authority and reflect the activity of nerve cents, located in the sacrum and lumbar spine. This channel controls the work of the organs of the pelvis (uterus, colon and bladder).
Triple Heater
The triple heater itself is not a physiological organ, but ayurveda includes a triple heater to the organs. The triple heater is the generalized name of three areas of the body, the places of the main concentration of three doshas, pittas and kapha - in the body. But it is not connected with the organs of these regions themselves, but with the endocrine glands (the upper floor is the hypothalamus, the pituitary gland, the middle floor is the thyroid gland, the thymus, the lower floor is the adrenal glands, the sex glands). Since the torso can be regarded as a cavity, the triple heater is considered a hollow organ. The imbalance of one or more of the three doshas can affect the movement of body fluids along these three areas of the torso. The mutual balance of the doshas affects the triple heater and its pranic channel.
Ayurvedic algorithms in computer pulse diagnosis "VedaPuls"
Since the most important marker in Ayurveda and Tibetan medicine is an imbalance of the doshas, and then in the "VedaPuls"The main instrument ranking phytoplankton, aromatherapy, dietetics and nutritional supplements is a graph of VPK tab" Balance ". A graph of the state of energy meridians 12 main reflexology is a qualifying factor.
The principle here is: after calculating the amounts "trends in the regulation of body functions", expressed in values VPK (Vata, Pitta and Kapha), the software generates recommendations aimed at addressing the imbalances - reducing excess doshas. This takes into account two of the most out-of balance of the doshas. They prevent the movement of pranic energy in the third dosha, and must therefore be reduced. In this and all recommendations focused on phytoplankton, aromatherapy, dietetics and purpose BUD. The word Dosha is a Sanskrit word indicates that darkens, spoils, corrupts. Some complexity for understanding is that on the one hand, doshas - the life force, which, as already previously described, are composed of five elements, but the term also denotes a dosha and product decomposition. Schedule of VPK just shows the current imbalance that needs to be addressed. For the most correct definition of this imbalance is necessary to comply with the rules for surveys. This is disassembled in the previous articles. We turn to the tab "Meridian".
Recall. Each of the doshas controls four of its channels (in reflexotherapy they are often called meridians), and following this logic, the Meridian tab should be considered as clarifying how pranic energy is specifically distributed. After having revealed the dosha, the imbalance of which is the strongest, we specify in the meridians where exactly this tension nests. For example. The most frequent cause of illness is the imbalance of cotton wool. Accordingly, the main impact, as a rule, falls on the channels of the lung and large intestine - the two primary organs of this dosha. Having discovered the tension in the channel energy, the program will automatically take this into account when formulating recommendations.
Once again I repeat the main idea. The algorithm of the program, first of all, takes into account the imbalance of the doshas, and the features of the distribution of energy in the meridians are specifying factors for the formation of recommendations. The separation of medicines into what is recommended and what is not recommended depends primarily on the imbalance of the doshas. And meridians and, by the way, the nosological filter, which is present in the tabs "Fito", "Aroma", "Diet" and "dietary supplements", affect only the rating of medicines. The rating is expressed by the number in front of the corresponding plant. The higher the rating score, the more pronounced the harmonizing effect of plant energy on the body.
Another important nuance for understanding the schedule of the "Meridians". When constructing the graph, an algorithm for normalizing the three doshas was applied. That is, they are not absolute values of energy, but relative. After calculating the absolute values of energy in the channel, the program groups them according to the principle of belonging to dosha, and then, assuming for 100% the total amount of energy inside the dosha, calculates the relative (normalized) values for specific channels. This was done in order to identify the presence of problems in the channels, which are managed by the weakest doshas. That is, in a situation where the motion of pranic energy for any of the doshas is difficult, but, nevertheless, there is a voltage in one of the meridians related to this dosha, then this normalizing algorithm makes it possible to reveal this.
For example, consider the particular situation. The excess wool to create tension in the channel of light, with strong winds dried kapha. But against low value kapha nevertheless there is a tension in the channel of the stomach, which is controlled kapha. If no normalization algorithm, noted it would be impossible. Incidentally, the canal stomach - first channel, owned by kapha and around active channels - just exactly it takes the baton from the channel of the large intestine. This is a fairly common situation, describing what is happening in the propagation of stress in times of stress.
The algorithm used is fundamentally different from the one used in assessing the energy level when measuring the skin-galvanic resistance in biologically active points by the Foll method. In the Voll method the dosha are not taken into account in principle. Naturally, the presence of two fundamental differences, such as the difference in the initial physical principles used in VedaPulse pulse diagnostics and Voll devices, plus the difference in the method of analysis of the received signal, leads to the fact that the final energy state graphs in the meridians constructed by these two methods , Will not coincide. We already wrote about this in an article "Is it possible to measure the energy of qi?". But, nevertheless, those who use both devices at the same time, periodically try to achieve synchronous performance that is wrong in principle, since these two methods of looking at the same process (energy meridians), but from different angles, in different physiological planes. Skin resistance is greater involvement reflects the level of morphological abnormalities, and pulse diagnosis - functional level.
The next important refinement when working with the tab "Meridians". And accordingly one more frequent misconception at users. The resulting graph reflects the state of energy, and it is associated with the mechanisms of regulation of the work of organs and body systems. And the state of regulatory mechanisms should not be confused with the state of organ morphology. These concepts are related, but not identical. That is, if the channel chronically lacks energy, it can lead to degenerative processes in the relevant organ. And if the channel maintains a constant level of stress, then, in the end, it can lead to an acute inflammatory process in the relevant organ. The keyword is CAN. But this is only a trend, which may or may not be manifested on the morphological damage. On the other hand, if the program showed a normal energy level in any channel, this indicates the existence of mechanisms for compensating the disease (if any). It is necessary to rejoice that, despite the presence of the disease, in this body, however, energy circulates. This gives hope for recovery.
By the way, usually the schedule of meridians differs by some variability at carrying out of repeated inspections. The obtained graph reflects the biorhythmological state of the energy of the channels, which is labile during the day (according to the scheme shown above). This variability is associated with the daily rhythm of the meridians and the individual characteristics of the organism. In this case, there are very strict patterns. Studies conducted on the study of circadian energy changes show reproducible peaks in the projection of the corresponding meridians. When conducting repeated surveys, it can be revealed that there are channels in which energy is circulating, that is, there may be a voltage at some moment, and at some point the energy may come to normal or even decrease. And there are some channels (their set is strictly individual), in which in principle there is never a sufficient level of energy. This with a high degree of probability indicates that any degenerative processes may develop in the relevant organs.
That is, when it is found that during the re-examination of the energy distribution pattern has changed a bit, it should be seen as a normal process. Peaks of activity of channels are changed every two hours. And that's good - it means, the energy moves through the channels and organs are functioning normally. Identify should, above all, the extreme and pay special attention to those extremes (such as very low - red, and a very high level of energy - dark yellow), which indicate abnormal channel.
Incidentally, it is absolutely all the methods of functional diagnostics only indirect evidence on the state of morphology. For example, the presence of ischemia is not always visible on the ECG. To a large degree to be convinced of the diagnosis, doctors of functional diagnostics forced long time to monitor a patient using Holter, conduct various stress tests, which exacerbates the problem, and then, in the end the diagnosis. So in the case of computer pulse diagnosis "VedaPuls". Serious breaches of the imbalance and regulation systems, of course, can be detected immediately, but to understand the nuances of the patient, it takes time and repeated examinations. A living organism - a very complex system, and there are no easy answers.
As has been previously mentioned, after the survey "VedaPuls"Automatically generate recommendations for therapy. The correctness of these recommendations does not depend on the level of theoretical knowledge of the operator. The main thing - to observe the rules of the surveys described in the instructions. But as a writer, writes novels, imagine some ideal reader, and we are continuing to improve the algorithms'VedaPulsa"Dreaming about your ideal user of computer diagnostics with an inquiring mind, who eagerly pounced on knowledge.
