Features of breast cancer
The share of breast cancer from all cancers is quite large - 27%, and the mortality rate is 21%. - Obesity, smoking, estrogen;
- Diabetes;
- Ionizing, radioactive radiation.
Ambiguous risk factors (debatable)
- Parasitic, fungal and viral theory (T.Svischevoy, O.Eliseevoy);
- Hormonal disorders of the thyroid gland (the production of progesterone, androgens, prolactin);
- Genetic predisposition;
- Abuse of animal fats in the diet;
- Special (close) bras that do not give developing breast (in Japan).
Factors that protect against the development of breast cancer:
- Early pregnancy (after 18 years);
- The birth of the first child of the male sex;
- The birth of a child 3-x;
- Long breastfeeding (at least 1 years);
- Moderate physical activity;
- Regular sexual activity;
- A large number of food seafood (Japan).
To prevent breast cancer, you must:
- Conducting 20 years after regular checkups (1 once a year in mammalogy);
